PREP FOOTBALL OFFICIALS NEEDED

The Northern California Football Officials Association (NCFOA) is recruiting men and women to be high school football officials for games in San Francisco and San Mateo counties. No experience is necessary. The only prerequisite is the love of football. Many of our high school officials have moved on to junior college, Div. I NCAA football and even the NFL. Hard-working and dedicated officials can earn up $1,000 per season. Officials are currently paid $59 for varsity, $46 for non-varsity and $44 for Pop Warner games. During a typical fall schedule, officials can work between four to eight games from Thursday to Sunday. Currently, there is a shortage of officials. The NCFOA has 68 members to officiate all high school games in three leagues (AAA, PAL and WCAL), plus several Pop Warner programs from Daly City to Palo Alto. E-mail Brent Baumann at brentbaumann@yahoo.com.
