Ramacciotti and Rakestraw announce engagement
Jill Marie Ramacciotti and Adam Lawrence Rakestraw would like to announce their engagement.Ramacciotti is the daughter of Ms. Jean Ramacciotti of Palo Alto and Mr. Albert Richard Ramacciotti of Dallas, Texas. She is the mother of Brielle O'Connor. She attended Palo Alto High School and is a graduate of the University of California-Berkeley. She received her teaching credential from Santa Clara University, and most recently taught World Literature at Homestead High School in Cupertino.
Rakestraw is the son of Larry and Betty Jo Rakestraw of Kennewick, Wash. A graduate of the University of Washington with a bachelor's degree in engineering, Rakestraw works as an electrical engineer for Intel Corporation in Santa Clara.
The couple plans to wed Oct. 20 at the Palo Alto Cabana. The family will reside in Mountain View.
